I messaged customer service twice and still haven’t heard anything back. The wording made it sound like they’d be easy to reach or quick to help, but that definitely hasn’t been my experience.

I feel like I pay more than I should have for what I got. The quality feel kind of cheap, and overall it just wasn’t good value to me. I don’t think I’d buy from here again.

I tried jjsmithonline.com for a few weeks because I was really hoping it would help me finally drop some weight, but the results were disappointing. I lost maybe 2 pounds at first, and then it just kind of stopped. I also had to contact support at one point and got transferred around, which was really annoying when I just wanted a straight answer.

The plan itself wasn’t awful, but it was harder to stick with than I expected, and for the price I thought I’d see more progress. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it didn’t really feel worth it.

The item itself was fine once it finally arrived, and everything was packaged well. But the shipping took way longer than expected, and I didn’t get many updates while I was waiting, which was frustrating. By the time it showed up, I was already annoyed. I might order again if I wasn’t in a hurry, but definitely not if I need something soon.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the packaging was a little messy, a little messy, but the order itself was accurate with no real issues.

I ended up cancelling my order, and the refund showed up a few days later, so that part was fine. Support did take a little while to get back to me, which was a bit annoying, but it didn’t turn into a big issue or anything. I was half expecting more back and forth, but nope, it got sorted smoothly in the end.
